BASE SALARY + OFFICE BONUS + PERSONAL COMMISSION
Part-Time (40 hours/week): 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday - Friday
 
NO Cold Calling and NO Quotas. We want the best experience for our customers and our team members, based upon needs, not pressure.
 
We will help you get your PA Property & Casualty, PA Life & Health Insurance licenses, if you don't already have them.

You will need to:
  • Provide quotes, identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and services.
  • Explain insurance coverages, options, billings and follow up as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
  • Have strong "basic" math skills, ability to solve problems and good computer skills (we will teach you our computer systems).

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Thomas Chickness - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
